Do you represent an organization or ministry? Would you like to attend the HOPE2026 Conference and offer information and resources while connecting with conference attendees? We would love to have you and are excited for you to attend HOPE2026!

General Information

Exhibitor Set Up – 7:30 AM to 8:15 AM
All exhibitors will be listed in the conference booklet.
An 8ft rectangular table, two chairs, Friday supper, Saturday lunch, bottled water and snacks will be provided.
Volunteers will be available to assist with unloading/finding tables.
Tables will be labeled with each organization upon arrival.
Lanyard tags (2 representatives as submitted on the registration form will be available upon arrival)
All exhibitors MUST remain available until 5:30 PM as participants exit the closing session.
Exhibitors may begin tearing down at 5:30 PM following the closing session.

Guidelines for Exhibitors

Please come under the name of your organization. No exceptions.
Please respect the other participating organization/ministries and conduct yourself in a professional manner.
Please respect the church ground and facility.
