Jaime J. Newcomb is the co-owner of Bill’s Tax Service, where she has spent the past 16 years helping individuals, families, and small businesses navigate the often-confusing world of taxes, accounting, payroll, and bookkeeping. As an Enrolled Agent and Adoption Tax Credit Specialist, Jaime has developed expertise in adoption tax credits, child tax credits, ministers’ tax returns, self-employment taxes, and rental property taxation. She enjoys finding practical solutions to complex tax situations—and proving that taxes don’t have to be scary.

Beyond the numbers, Jaime is passionate about serving families. As a former foster parent, she and her husband have adopted two children through foster care, including one international adoption, and are also proud parents of their biological child. Today, they’re also the proud grandparents of four amazing grandchildren who keep life full of joy (and plenty of reasons to spoil someone besides their clients).

Jaime’s commitment to children and families extends into her community service. She has served on the board of the Illinois Baptist Children’s Home, volunteered as a CASA advocate, and represents her business on the Adoption Tax Credit Working Group in Washington, D.C., where she advocates for making the Adoption Tax Credit fully refundable once again.

When she’s not helping clients or advocating for adoptive families, you’ll likely find Jaime spending time with her family, leading worship at her church, or enjoying an endless stream of funny animal TikToks—because even tax professionals need a good laugh.
